hmm.. belakangan ini saya sering menerima banyak kasus.. dan saya mulai tertarik dengan kasus sejak mendapat pelajaran farmakoterapi.. berhubung farmakoterapi di kampus saya sampai 20 sks dibagi menjadi 5 bagian.. jadi mau gk mau harus tertarik dengan kasus.. farmakoterapi 1 membahas tentang sistem saraf.. farmakoterapi 2 membahas tentang Ginjal dan Jantung.. farmakoterapi 3 membahas tentang sistem pencernaan dan sistem pernafasan.. farmakoterapi 4 membahas tentang hormonal farmakoterapi 5 membahas tentang Hiv, kanker dan tumor.. hari ini saya mendapat kasus nyata tentang batuk.. kasus ini milik teman saya.. sebut aja Nn. T, Nn. T menderita batuk tidak berdahak selama 1 bulan terakhir, disertai demam lebih dari 3 hari, terapi yang diberikan dokter ottoprim,calortusin, topram, dan winasal dengan dosis dan frekuensi yang sesuai.. saya heran dengan obat2 yang ada di kasus ini.. bukannya sok pintar, tapi dari membaca kondisi pasien aja uda cukup, setidaknya bisa di kasi antibiotik spektrum...
